1. Who we are
DataTrust Consultancy FZ-LLC ("DataTrust", "we", "us") is a UAE-registered company with offices at Office 803, Al Moosa Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE.
2. What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, company, work email, phone number, the service you're interested in, and your message. We also automatically log technical metadata: IP address, browser user agent, referring URL, and any UTM parameters from your visit.
3. How we use it
Submitted information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and follow up about the services you asked about. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may use anonymised, aggregated metrics for internal reporting (e.g., "20 enquiries this month, mostly Power BI").
4. Where it's stored
Enquiries are stored in a MySQL database on our hosting provider. Email notifications are sent to our internal team mailbox. We retain enquiry records for up to 24 months for follow-up purposes; you can request deletion at any time.
5. Cookies & analytics
This site uses essential cookies only. We may add anonymised analytics (Google Analytics 4 or similar, with IP anonymisation enabled) — when active, an explicit consent banner will appear.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email contactus@datatrust.ae with the subject "Data request" and we'll respond within 7 working days.
